Earth Island Home is a fun and creative art activity where kids can imagine and design a safe, earth-friendly home in harmony with nature. Hosted by artist Vi©kisa, this activity invites children to build their dream island home, learning about sustainability along the way. What kind of place will you create?
About Earth Island:
Objective: Design a home on an island where you can live safely with your friends and family, surrounded by nature.
Gameplay: Using crayons and markers, kids will draw an island, their home, and the things they need to live sustainably.
Message: Each child creates a vision of an eco-friendly future, where homes are fire-safe, powered by renewable energy, and in harmony with the Earth.
Why participate?

Act: Let your imagination soar as you design a home with solar panels, windmills, water sources, and more!

How to play:

Draw your island: Start by picking a place—real or imagined—where you’d like to live. Draw an island with a home.

Add your house: What kind of house do you want to live in? Will it have solar panels or wind turbines for energy?

Draw your friends and family: How many people or animals will live there with you?

Plan your transportation: Will you walk, bike, or use a car? Do you want a garden or open space?

Add what you need to live: Consider what resources you’ll need—water, food, animals, and more.
